Gaga is CEO and co-founder of Redberry, which he started in 2014 and grew into one of Georgia's leading software companies and an official Laravel Premier Partner with 100+ in-house engineers. He leads the firm's Laravel and Vue centric product design and software-development practice, serving international clients across fintech, wealth management, investment tech and e-commerce.

A hands-on technical leader, he writes and speaks on outsourcing, engineering culture, and building high-performing distributed teams.
